Terms
Terms & Conditions
Effective June 21, 2026. These terms cover the use of BAQI as a software platform for building, publishing, tracking, and operating ecommerce stores.
Using BAQI
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of BAQI, including its website, store builder, admin tools, analytics features, templates, and related services. By using BAQI, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
You may use BAQI only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business purposes. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Information you provide to BAQI must be accurate, current, and complete.
If you invite team members or collaborators, you are responsible for ensuring their access is appropriate for your business and for promptly removing access when it is no longer needed.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants using BAQI are responsible for the content they publish, the products or services they offer, the claims they make to customers, the taxes and fees they collect, and the way they comply with consumer-protection, privacy, marketing, and ecommerce laws that apply to their business.
BAQI provides tools and infrastructure, but BAQI is not the merchant of record for products sold by merchants unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not use BAQI to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with platform security, misrepresent your identity, send unlawful spam, or operate fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive commerce flows.
You also may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to BAQI systems, other customer accounts, or restricted infrastructure, including by scraping, probing, reverse engineering, or bypassing rate limits or access controls except as allowed by law.
Subscriptions, billing, and third parties
Paid BAQI plans may renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, feature availability, trial duration, and plan limits may vary by offering and may be updated prospectively. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping payment information current.
Payments, subscription billing, and connected financial workflows may rely on third-party providers. BAQI is not responsible for outages, delays, or account restrictions caused by those providers, although BAQI may surface their status inside the product where possible.
Platform availability and changes
BAQI may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. BAQI aims to operate reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance windows, provider outages, security events, or force majeure conditions may affect access.
BAQI may also impose usage limits or protective restrictions where reasonably necessary to preserve service integrity, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Content and intellectual property
BAQI retains all rights in the BAQI software, branding, templates, documentation, and related materials except to the extent rights are expressly granted to users. Subject to these terms, BAQI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription term.
You retain rights in content you upload or create through BAQI, but you grant BAQI the rights necessary to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that content in order to operate the service.
Termination
You may stop using BAQI at any time. BAQI may suspend or terminate access if BAQI reasonably believes you have breached these terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts due, or used the platform in a way that could harm BAQI, merchants, or the public.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including payment obligations or responsibilities relating to merchant conduct and customer claims.
Disclaimers and liability
BAQI is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. BAQI does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business model, regulatory environment, or conversion outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAQI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
BAQI may update these terms from time to time. When BAQI does, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of BAQI after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
